The following case will not be refunded:

 

Any goods that are not sold in the marketing channels of the website;

For over insured commodities (more than three packages warranty period);

Unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, fluid intake, accident, alteration, incorrect installation of commodity quality problems, or tearing, labeling, machine serial number and anti-counterfeiting mark; 

The outer packing, accessories, gifts, manuals of the goods are incomplete, and the invoice is missing or altered.
